What’s New in the OxygenOS 9.0.8?
As already mentioned, you get the latest August 2019 security patch with the latest update of OxygenOS 9.0.8 for the OnePlus 5/5T. Besides, the last update of OxygenOS 9.0.7 brought in a few new features onboard for the OnePlus 5/5T. Features like the Fnatic mode, screen recorder, quick reply support, and others. However, there are no huge features that you get with this OxygenOS 9.0.8. But, the new update brings in a quick screenshot and optimizes the visual effects. The size of the incremental update is around 377MB and the full ROM zip weighs around 1.8GB.
One point is to note that the OnePlus 5/5T are two-year-old smartphones and it is expected that the company might roll out the Android Q update as well. And, also this update is also expected to roll out for the OnePlus 6/6T also.
